Hidden in a Vietnamese Restaurant in Richmond

Erin and I are having dinner with our friend Ali this past Sunday at Trophy Brewing in Raleigh (a fantastic place for both beer and pizza). We were telling her all the spots were going to hit in Richmond the next day.

She pauses and says, "what about Mekong?" Both Otto and I say, "Who?"

I am so happy she turned us on to this place. Tucked away in a strip mall on the outskirts of downtown Richmond is this unassuming Vietnamese eatery with a slew of amazing craft beers inside. Among the drop ceiling and florescent light lies over 40 exciting craft taps for you to try. And the food was utterly fantastic. We could have spent hours here. If you are in Richmond or driving by DO NOT MISS MEKONG.
